An additional quote from the "letter never sent" (except to the OIG)
How can you, the FAA, allow a company to keep a PC when they blatantly lie to you in response to your Findings to avoid culpability for their past illegal acts of intentionally violating our FAA-approved Quality System for greater profit? Even going so far as to assume the "lesser of two evils" and assuming the laughably ludicrous stance that these are not prevarications, but (name), head of BCAG Regulatory Administration, actually believes wholeheartedly everything stated in this...then you simply have a case of massive incompetence from (name’s) level on down in QA at BCAG, deepening at each level below due to the increasingly clueless leaders above directing everything below them, rather than the intentional violations of subverting our Quality System for dollars documented in detail throughout my report. Would that "massive incompetence" scenario allow us to keep our PC? I think not.
