I found out recently during research for the New Fraud, Same as the Old Fraud Page some startling information.
It seems the de-evolution and subversion of Boeing's quality system for ever more and more illegally gained bottom line cash continues apace by Boeing Management to this day. They don't even try to hide the subversion of their quality system via management changes to eliminate its independence and effectiveness in ensuring the quality and safety of Boeing airplanes anymore.
It's quite evident, even on public websites such as Linkedin.com. You would think that the Vice President of Quality at Boeing would be the most expert person in BCA about quality and quality requirements, with many years of rising through the quality organization management ranks, and even before management, having experience in quality from a line employee level and progressively upward during each promotion.
However, when you look at the resume of the current V.P. of Quality at Boeing, Lindsay Anderson, you will find the opposite is true. He had no experience in Quality before he became V.P. of Quality. You may be dumbfounded at this news, but it proves everything I experienced at Boeing and what you'll read throughout this site. At Boeing, Quality is only a shell organization, meant to give only the appearance that Boeing is meeting its quality and safety requirements, and nothing more. That is why they put someone who knows nothing about the importance and intricacies of a quality assurance program in that role.
But it's even worse than that. Mr. Anderson not only had no experience in Quality before he was made V.P. of it by corrupt Boeing Executive Management, he actually was in the one job at Boeing most adverse to quality by ensuring the most uninspected Boeing airplanes at Boeing delivered on time no matter what was threatening to hold their deliveries up.
Obviously, therefore, Mr. Anderson is equivalent to the Mr. Anderson from "The Matrix" movies that tries to corrupt the system from within by taking it over.
He was most recently Boeing V.P. of 737 Field Operations and Delivery.
737s are some of the the most quality compromised airplanes Boeing delivers. Only some work on 737s is partially inspected depending on which day of the week it is (sad but true--that is just some of what the corrupted FAA allows). It is far, far worse than other Boeing airplane programs where every installation is "pretend inspected," rather than just an "installation of the week" being pretend inspected.
In that role, he was the "enforcer" who visited Boeing managers on the field when the delivery of a 737 within the contract month threatened to not occur, potentially threatening Boeing not getting paid on time for that plane. The threat of him showing up to find out what was holding a delivery up was as equivalently stressing as a mafia boss "Guido" showing up at one of his factories to find out why his bootleg booze delivery was being held up, with the same consequences. A Boeing manager's body may similarly never be seen again anywhere at the vast expanse of the worldwide Boeing enterprise after such a visit by Mr. Anderson.
He assured over 2400 737 on schedule deliveries that way, decidedly not by ensuring the quality of those 737s. In fact, an ethical and effective quality assurance organization would have been his enemy in reaching those goals. However, since Quality is almost totally subverted at Boeing and is only the noted corrupt shell organization, he didn't have to fight any such hypothetically ethical quality organization at Boeing during any of those deliveries.
What's even more surprising about Mr. Anderson's history at Boeing is that he wasn't ever an aerospace engineer when Boeing hired him. He was just a chemical engineer. What did he engineer while at Boeing? Fire retardant fabrics?
His real expertise at Boeing seems to be as a "fixer" in Boeing Management willing to do anything to get the job done. That is why he rose to the purely figurehead position of the V.P. of the shell organization that is Quality at Boeing where he only had to give the appearance of performing a job that Boeing Executive Management does not want done. Maintaining Boeing's corrupt relationship with the FAA is probably the most important part of his job. From that corrupt relationship all other "value adding" noncompliance at Boeing flows.
Boeing looks like it has completed the subversion of the entire quality system by this appointment of the veritable fox in a hen house.
This appointment shows the extreme level of arrogance in Boeing Executive Management in effectively killing the quality assurance organization in public view with it.
It is a perfect illustration of Boeing Management's lack of any respect for the quality and safety assurance processes they are supposed to comply with as a cost of entry into the commercial airplane market.
As long as unqualified hacks like Mr. Anderson are put in management offices critical to the quality and safety of Boeing airplanes, there is no hope that the first minimally quality and safety compliant Boeing airplane will one year roll out of Boeing factory doors.
Indeed, there is no quality at all in the highest management level in Boeing Commercial Airplanes Quality.
And that is fine with corrupt Boeing Executive Management.

Even though my "fans" know my story, new visitors will want to visit the About/Contact Me page to get a little of my history of fighting Boeing Management fraud. In short, I was the last real Quality Assurance Inspector Boeing had. Problem is, I haven't inspected anything there since mid 2006. Consequently, quality has been assured on little of the Boeing airplanes delivered since that time, although that occurred on a massive scale even while I was there because Boeing's fraudulent rollerstamping quality system has been in place for decades.
Recent developments have forced me back into my former role as the only real and ethical oversight entity that Boeing's corrupt quality system has.
Boeing's still hopelessly corrupt quality system has long been without any real oversight, as proven for years throughout this website. Boeing has for all practical purposes bought the long corrupt management of the FAA through quid pro quo post-retirement hiring of former key FAA managers. Even at the lower levels of the FAA, the ranks have been corrupted, from Aviation Safety Inspectors (ASIs) on up. Many compromised former Boeing employees have taken jobs at the FAA in such roles. This mixing all but ends any independence the FAA should have.
As most former website followers will know, the FAA proved without doubt it was in bed with Boeing QA Management corruption by it's dogged refusal to investigate my report of Boeing QA Management corruption that I submitted to it beginning in early 2002 until the FAA's DOT OIG finally killed any chance of it reforming corrupt Boeing and FAA Management in mid 2007 by refusing to investigate the evidence that I had reported to them of the FAA Management fraud that prevented any real investigation of my report of Boeing QA Management fraud to the FAA.
Although the oversight agencies that could have investigated and ended the noted Boeing QA Management corruption that allows every Boeing airplane to deliver even to this day with thousands of defects each were intentionally ineffective in deference to corrupt Boeing Management, I did continue a while until 2009 in continuing to fight Boeing's vast network of fraud in any way I could, no matter how small and ineffective it was due to the corrupt FAA.
Then, in 2011, I got cancer, after which I focused on recovery. However, I went through the normal treatments and it hasn't killed me yet, so the corrupt people at Boeing that have long allied against me will not get their way in that regard it appears. However, Boeing did successfully terminate me in another way due to the betrayal of my union. Powerful Boeing Management even once tried to put me in prison, although they ultimately failed because, although corrupt Boeing Management can buy prosecutors and judges, they couldn't buy the jury in my case. What do they say about things that don't kill you?

Because of the proof on 12/22/15 that Boeing's QA system and the FAA are just as corrupt as ever as documented in my report and here, I am stepping back into my role as the sole independent entity overseeing Boeing's quality system, however ineffective I ultimately am in that role.
Because the FAA essentially is a subsidiary of corrupt Boeing Management and the DOT OIG has refused to root out that corruption within FAA Management, I guess that I am it.

I am also looking for anyone wanting to partner with me in this quest to ensure that the first Boeing airplanes that have been minimally inspected as required are delivered one day. I especially want to hear from those inside Boeing and the FAA about the current level of fraud going on in those two corrupt and illegally conjoined entities. The noted incident that got me again to take on this role again and do the extensive work involved over the last several months to resurrect and enhance this website was the 12/22/15 announcement by the FAA and the press that no improvements have been made in Boeing's quality system from the unbelievably corrupted and intentionally ineffective state it was in as documented throughout this site since 2006, almost a decade ago.
It was clear from the timing of the announcement and the FAA's refusal to release the details of Boeing's corrupted quality system lest that hurt their future employer, among other things, that proved the same corrupt Boeing/FAA Management dynamic that I documented beginning in 2002 was still in place today.
While we, the public, have no real power to end this corruption that places so many millions of lives at random and unknown greater levels of risk when they fly, at least we can make sure that as many people in the public know about it so they can begin to protect themselves from the lethal consequences of it.
And that's why it is important to get all of your family and friends aware of this website so they can also protect themselves from this corruption. That is the only way you can currently opt out from the consequences of this fraud on your existence.
Writing to your Congressional Representative and your two Senators, especially before the November election, could also help begin to end this fraud. I humbly suggest that you, your friends, and family do so as soon as possible. While Congress has no real leverage over Boeing Management to get them to end this fraud, they do have leverage over the corrupt management in the FAA and the DOT OIG that are currently protecting Boeing's ability to engage in this fraud, rather than doing their statutory duty to end it.

Boeing has long been a corrupt enterprise, especially after McDonnell Douglas bought Boeing with Boeing's money. You can see some details about that in the pages linked in the navigation bar above. As noted, the FAA and DOT OIG are just corrupt entities captured in its orbit.

These are exciting times. An election that may ultimately result in wresting power over our representatives away from Boeing and putting control of our government back into our hands. In July, corrupt Boeing Management celebrates 100 years of building something worse than required. It should be interesting.

There are literally hundreds of blogs, many with excerpts from my report to the FAA that show in first hand witness detail just how corrupt and intentionally subverted Boeing's quality system is within Boeing. Boeing has similarly corrupted many of its suppliers' quality systems as well, as noted on this page, for the same exact reason--to maximize the bottom line and Boeing Management's related stock options' value by reducing costs and flow times, with callous disregard for the consequences to the quality or safety of Boeing airplanes and their military derivatives and the innocent people who fly on them.
Co-corrupt FAA Management intentionally does not do their regulation required independent and detailed oversight of Boeing's quality system to put an end to this fraud because that would end their plans of being hired into much more lucrative management positions by Boeing or Boeing funded organizations right after they secure their government pensions after 20 years in FAA Management. A direct quid pro quo promise by corrupt Boeing Management of such a job if they protect Boeing fraud by actions such as the pretend investigation of my report is not really necessary. The long history of Boeing hiring key former FAA Management into those positions is enough of a motivation to get on that gravy train by not doing their key jobs. However, I suspect corrupt Boeing Management is not so coy in not giving key FAA Management the "hint" or overt promise of a quid pro job. I also suspect that more than just quid pro quo jobs are involved. 20 years (or even the lesser number of years they have in FAA Management when they become much more valuable to corrupt Boeing Management) at the FAA is a long time to wait to get paid so they can live the Boeing Executive lifestyle at long last for services rendered.
