This quote is also from my addendum (supplement) to my first report.
As I wrote in the opening statement in this supplement to my original report, I included the parts of the Quality Manual that were being violated by Boeing, so essentially the whole Manual was quoted in my report, as we violated the majority of it.
This quote is about one section of the Quality Manual I quoted, as was the prior quote:
Aha! (after reading this part of the Quality Manual) You probably are thinking the same thing. "As required" is the wording our management uses to justify having us not write pickups on shakedown inspections.
Nope. It is pretty clear to us, and even them, that "as required" means "if discrepancies are found", not "if you want to."
No, it is only the fact they don’t give a damn (due to the corruption of their ranks and their belief that they are in actuality Manufacturing Supervisors) about the requirements in the manual you told us to work by, that makes them tell us to ignore this section, and, in fact, everything else in the manual.
