For that to occur, they must be fully aware they were "caught with their pants down," violating the Quality System on this issue, and they fear the corrective actions you may impose on this item, which they must fear will cost them a massive amount of the illegally gained "value" they have stockpiled from such intentional violations. Please make their worst fears come true. "Take" all of their illicitly gained "value" from their massive violations of these critical requirements, and then don’t stop just there—ultimately take much more "value" from BCAG than that massive illegally gained "value." Only then will they cease their still constant efforts to "subvert our FAA-approved Quality System for dollars" and begin to do what is their real jobs—ensuring compliance to our FAA-approved Quality System.
