An additional quote from the "letter never sent" (except to the OIG). These next quotes (like some before) can be read sequentially, as they are from the same paragraph and quoted in the same order they were written. This is an extremely important part of this letter, as it shows the state of Boeing after the FAA's investigation, and my naive hopes for an ethical FAA investigation outcome even after the corrupt FAA reformed next to nothing of the many serious noncompliances at Boeing that I reported to them. But besides that one item, PSD is as corrupt, and quite possibly more so, than they were before I submitted the first installment of my report to the MIDO on January 28th of last year.
